Hello Everyone! Here is a gorgeous card created using the Botanical Bliss Stamp Set and Botanical Tags Thinlits Dies. It was one of the projects we made in my Card Club workshops earlier and I admit that I underestimated its popularity:-). It’s so pretty!!!
The Botanical Tags Thinlits Die Set is really unique and versatile! You can make a pretty tag by starting with a strip of paper when you run the tag die through the Big Shot. Or you can die cut pretty flowers and leaves and embellish your card with them like I have done here.
I hesitated to use the Mini Sequin Trim for a long time just because I didn’t know how easily it can be applied to my project. How about you? Here is a quick tip that I would like to share how I adhered the Gold Mini Sequin Trim to make this card:
- I ran about 1-1/2″ of Snail Adhesive right on the card stock where I know it’s going to be covered up with a die-cut.
- I took 2 leaves and adhered them right where I applied Snail Adhesive.
- Starting with one end of the Gold Mini Sequin Trim, I started placing it on the card stock carefully making a shape and secured it right where the Snail Adhesive was applied. You can reinforce it with some Mini Glue Dots if needed.
- To finish this card, adhere some flower die cuts with Mini Glue Dots and secure the sentiment piece with the Dimensionals.
What do you think? Pretty easy, right???
