Here is a colorful birthday card I CASED from the Annual Catalog (see page 228) featuring the Hand Delivered Stamp Set. I added a decorative border using the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch.

These balloons are colored using my favorite Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Markers (Pool Party, Granny Apple Green, Poppy Parade, Pineapple Punch and Ivory). My card front is embossed with the Polka Dot Basics Embossing Folder. It was so fun to make this card!!!
